Audit

We perform an independent audit of financial statements in accordance with the International standards on auditing (ISA). After the audit procedures, an independent auditor gives an opinion which provides more assurance to the financial statements which, together with the annual statements, becomes an additional client business management instrument and reinforce the reliability of information to investors and other stakeholders.

Based on the company’s needs, we offer the following assurance services:

• Audit of financial and consolidated financial statements prepared in accordance with the legal regulations on accounting and financial reporting of the Republic of Lithuania and Business Accounting Standards
• Audit of financial and consolidated financial statements prepared in accordance with the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
